Robin Jorgenson, SPHR has a diverse work experience in various industries. They are currently working as a Human Resources Innovation Analyst at Unity Care NW, where they are responsible for analyzing and implementing innovative HR strategies. Prior to this, they worked as a Recruiter at the same company, where they developed and implemented recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Before joining Unity Care NW, Robin worked at Beach Store Cafe as an HR/Payroll Consultant, Social Media Manager, and Server. They streamlined operations and ensured compliance with regulations while improving employee relations and customer satisfaction.

Robin also has experience as a Co-Owner of Matt's Professional Painting Services, Inc., where they managed various aspects of the business and continuously improved systems and processes. They were also involved in creating business branding and marketing materials.

In addition, Robin has worked as a Human Resources & Payroll Generalist at SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics. They administered HR and payroll functions and led HRIS and data management efforts.

Robin's earlier work experience includes roles as an Office Manager at N.W. Appraisers, Inc., a Human Resources/Executive Assistant at The Avalon Clinic, an Office Manager and Data Entry Clerk at Pacific Records Management, and a Hostess/Waitress/Shift Leader/Staff Trainer at Ruby Tuesday.

They began their career as an Office Associate at Scheig Associates. Throughout their career, Robin has demonstrated strong skills in HR, payroll, data management, process improvement, and leadership.

Robin Jorgenson, SPHR, completed their education at Peninsula High School from 1997 to 2000. They obtained a Diploma of Education with a focus on General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Robin Jorgenson has pursued several certifications and additional training. They obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI in January 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2014. They also obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in December 2015.

Further, Robin Jorgenson has completed various courses and certifications to enhance their professional skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Understanding and Supporting LGBTQ+ Employees from LinkedIn in March 2022, Project Management from Western Washington University in April 2014, and Homeschooling from Whatcom Community College in September 2018. They have also obtained certifications in Business Ethics for Managers and Leaders, Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in December 2021. Additionally, they completed a course in Skills for Adaptive Leadership from the Leadership Institute of Saybrook in May 2012.
