Eion Davis

Eion Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eion started their career in 2006 as a Shift Manager at Cold Stone Creamery and later transitioned to a Customer Service/Information Resource Specialist role at FEMA in 2010. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as an Event Planner Assistant at SYL Event Planners before becoming a Front Office Manager at Healogics, Inc. in 2015. In 2017, Eion joined United Medical Center as a Patient Access Specialist and then moved on to become a Lead Medical Coding Specialist at Unity Health Care in 2018. Eion gained further coding experience as a Medical Coder (mentee) at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital from 2011 to 2018. Most recently, Eion worked as a Medical Surgical Coder at Advocate Aurora Health from December 2021 to June 2022.

Eion Davis holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator from Prince George's Community College, which was obtained between 2023 and 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2007 to 2010. Their secondary education was pursued at Fredercik Douglass High School from 2003 to 2007, specializing in Mathematics. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) from AAPC in 2021 and CPC Certified, also from AAPC.
