Andy Grantham

Andy Grantham has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Café Assistant at Studenterlauget, where they were responsible for customer service and food preparation. In 2007, they became a Freelance Translator, translating a range of materials from Danish to English for different companies.

In 2008, Andy joined Arla Foods as a Corporate Communication Intern, contributing to the implementation of the InfoBoard system and producing communication materials. Andy also worked as a Student Assistant, handling shipping documents, customer complaints, and market research.

Moving on to Aarhus University in 2012, Andy served as an Alumni Relations Manager. Andy developed and implemented strategies to foster alumni relations, managed social media channels, and facilitated relationships between alumni and the university community.

From 2015 to 2022, Andy held multiple roles at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus / Business Academy Aarhus. Andy was an International Student Recruiter, International MarCom Project Manager, and a Union Representative, supporting the work conditions and representing academic employees in internal affairs.

In 2011, Andy worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Arla Foods Ingredients, managing marketing operations and strategic planning for a multi-million DKK budget.

In 2022, Andy joined SportMember as the UK Country Manager. Andy helped clubs with membership management, subscriptions, and communication.

Finally, in 2023, Andy assumed the role of Head of Marketing at SynergyXR.

Andy Grantham has a diverse educational background with a focus on communication, management, and sports coaching. Andy completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management Communication at Aarhus University from 2006 to 2009. Andy then pursued their Master's degree in Corporate Communication from Aarhus University between 2009 and 2011.

To expand their skills in project management, Andy completed a Diploma Module in Project Management (Projektledelse) at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus | Business Academy Aarhus in 2021. Andy also undertook a Diploma module in Management of employees and professional development (Ledelse af medarbejdere og faglig udvikling) from the same institution in 2020.

Further enhancing their credentials, Andy obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sports Coaching and Sports Development from North East Scotland College, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.

Beyond their formal education, Andy holds a Google Analytics Certification, which they obtained from Google in March 2021, demonstrating their expertise in analytics.
