Mark Barrysmith is the current Chief Accounting Officer at Unity. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Amazon from May 2015 to May 2022. Before Amazon, they worked at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from July 2006 to July 2008 as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant. There, they consulted with auditors, preparers, and commission staff on complex accounting and reporting matters. Mark also participated in the development of SEC rule proposals and proposals by accounting standard setting bodies. In July 2008, they became a partner at [KPMG](/org/kpmg) US where they spent two years in the Department of Professional Practice answering technical accounting and reporting questions. Mark also authored many of [KPMG](/org/kpmg)'s internal and external publications on technical accounting matters and was a member of the AICPA Task Force responsible for producing the AICPA Practice Aid on valuation of privately-held-equity securities issued as compensation. Heather started their career as a business analyst at Odwalla, before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers as a manager in corporate finance. Heather then transitioned to the tech industry, working at Sun Microsystems as a group marketing manager for online demand generation.

Natalie Mulay is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Unity. Natalie has over six years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and screening candidates for a variety of companies. Prior to their current position, Natalie was a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for [Trulia](/org/trulia) during their hyper-growth across the organization. There, they sourced candidates in G&A, Product, Engineering, and Finance for difficult to fill roles in a competitive marketplace. Natalie maintained a close rate of over 95%, with over 50% of candidates direct sourced.

In their previous role, Natalie also assisted in managing Greenhouse, [Trulia](/org/trulia)’s Applicant Tracking system. Natalie managed the recruiting process for undergraduate and MBA students from top universities (Stanford/Berkeley) for Engineering positions included but not limited to the sourcing, scheduling, matching and closing candidates. In this role, Natalie screened 3,000+ student resumes and phone screened over 200+ candidates. Laetitia Santore is the Senior Director of Go-To-Market Strategy at Unity. Laetitia has over fifteen years of experience in marketing, product marketing, and web and creative development. Prior to joining Unity, they were the Product Marketing Manager at BAE Systems Geospatial eXploitation Products (GXP) where they set marketing strategy and executed product launches for new and existing desktop, web, and mobile applications. Laetitia also served as the web and creative lead, directly contributing to web development, email marketing, event registration flows, webinars and lead-gen initiatives. Other contributions include brand strategy and assets, in-product visual design and messaging, and sales enablement tools, including lead capture forms and data sheets.

Agatha Hood has been with Unity for just over two years, but in that time she's made an incredible impact as the Senior Director of Customer Success Everywhere. Prior to Unity, Agatha Hood spent four years at [Zynga](/org/zynga) where they were the Director of Studio E / Client Services. In this role, Agatha led a team of engineers and designers who created new advertising products with a focus on user-facing, game experiences in HTML 5. Additionally, Agatha managed all sales support for [Zynga](/org/zynga)'s global direct and programmatic ad sales team.

Under Agatha's leadership, Studio E became a division spearheading innovative ad development with three core pillars: highest revenue through top performance for brands, frictionless integration for game studios, and player delight. In its first year, Studio E beat its revenue plan due to focused integrations into key [Zynga](/org/zynga) games.

In addition to their managerial responsibilities, Agatha also product managed all Studio E ads, including ideation, writing specs, performance analysis, and optimization. Agatha also completed RFP responses and executed direct sales and programmatic campaigns while maintaining a deep understanding of current advertiser requirements and top performing products. Furthermore, Agatha worked closely with the ad platform team on new features to roll out across all ad-supported games.

Through their hard work and dedication, Agatha was able to increase engagement rates by 14X in 3 years by optimizing the surfacing and user experience of interactive interstitial ads. Jon Alleman is currently the VP of Global Tax at Unity. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Director of Global Tax at [Ancestry](/org/ancestry) from June 2011 to April 2020. In this role, they were responsible for all domestic and foreign tax compliance, planning, and controversy for direct and indirect taxes, as well as ASC 740. Jon was also responsible for training, teaching, and advancing the careers of our team.

Before [Ancestry](/org/ancestry), Jon worked as a Senior Tax Analyst at [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs) from February 2010 to June 2011. At GS, they were able to get a much better understanding of the international tax. Jon worked on multiple international entities that went through ownership/structure changes and gained a strong understanding of earnings and profits (E&P) and foreign sourcing. Jon also gained solid experience in the financial industry in general.

Prior to [Goldman Sachs](/org/goldman-sachs), Jon worked as a Senior Associate - Tax at Grant Thornton, LLP from September 2005 to February 2010. Before that, they were a Tax Research Assistant at BYU from September 2003 to April 2005.

Before their time at AppNexus, Felix was the Director of Ad Revenue & Strategy at [Zynga](/org/zynga) from December 2012 to July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading ad strategy, yield optimization, monetization, and pricing capabilities for rapid growth in overall ad revenue. 

Prior to their work in the tech industry, Felix spent three years as the Director of Revenue Analytics at [Hawaiian Airlines](/org/hawaiian-airlines) from January 2009 to December 2012. In this role, they were part of the Revenue Management and Schedule Planning department and led the development of revenue optimal strategies for pricing, seat inventory allocation, and current schedules through demand forecasting, price elasticity, and other optimization methods.

Rajesh Mathew is the current VP of Finance at Unity, and they have also served on the board and as treasurer for Amazon Mechanical Turk. Rajesh has a long history in finance, starting at Microsoft where they were a group finance manager from 2008 to 2014. Rajesh then transitioned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a senior finance manager from 2014 to 2016 and eventually became a director of finance from 2017 to 2021. Rajesh has been responsible for managing P&Ls, forecasting, margin analysis, executive reporting, product pricing, and business partnerships throughout their career. Additionally, they have also led finance teams of over 85 people and served as a bar raiser and member of the BR core team.
