Lisa Dickens

Lisa Dickens is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as HR & Learning Manager at Unity Trust Bank since April 2017, Lisa's extensive expertise includes roles such as HR Operations Manager at Coventry Building Society and HR Manager at both SCC and One Stop Retail. Lisa also held the position of Head of HR Shared Services at NHS and Manager of Corporate Services at the UK Ministry of Justice. With a foundational experience as a Regional HR Adviser and Employment Law Adviser at ACAS from January 2004 to January 2008, Lisa holds a degree in CIPD from Worcester College of Technology, completed in 2012.
