Debra Cole-Zoladz

Debra Cole-Zoladz has extensive experience in human resources, spanning multiple industries and companies. Debra currently works as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Univar Solutions, where they provide expert consultation and guidance to senior leaders and their teams. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Univar Solutions and Senior Human Resources Manager.

Before joining Univar Solutions, Debra worked at Cabot Microelectronics as the Director of Human Resources, where they implemented an HR Center of Excellence and served as a thought partner, coach, and talent strategist to the senior management team. Debra also held roles as Manager of Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS and Manager of Human Resources/Strategic Business Partner at Cabot Microelectronics.

Prior to their time at Cabot Microelectronics, Debra worked as the Director/Manager of Human Resources at IBM (SPSS) and as an Independent Consultant. Debra also has a long history with Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, where they held the positions of Director of Human Resources and Manager of Compensation.

Throughout their career, Debra has demonstrated their expertise in providing strategic HR support, implementing HR strategies and programs, and driving business performance.

Debra Cole-Zoladz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Northern Illinois University. Debra also has a certification in Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
