Troy Kusler

Troy Kusler is an experienced professional with a strong background in downstream and midstream sales within the chemical industry. Currently serving as Business Director for Downstream & Midstream USA at Univar since 2012, Troy leads a team of 20 account managers and 2 sales managers, overseeing significant revenue streams. Previous roles at Univar included Regional Manager, where Troy managed $110MM/year in revenue, and Industry Manager, focusing on client presentations and key performance indicators. Prior to Univar, Troy held positions at NALCO Energy Services Limited, overseeing water treatment applications and generating substantial revenue across multiple refineries. Early career experience includes managing operations at Schlumberger in South Yemen. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Montana Technological University.
