Paula Elena Ion

Paula Elena Ion is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as a Quality Engineer and Quality Analyst at Universal Alloy Corporation since June 2021, with previous experience as a Surface Treatment Quality Analyst. In addition, Paula has been a Small Business Owner at Agendele Impagina since November 2022. Prior roles include Special Issue Managing Editor and Assistant Editor at MDPI from October 2020 to June 2021, and a brief stint as a Practitioner at Terapia S.A. in July 2019. Paula holds a Master of Engineering in Advanced Chemical Process Engineering from the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, completed in 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Biochemical Engineering and a Pedagogical Module in Pedagogy from Babeș-Bolyai University, with studies concluding in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
