As Principal at DMA Consulting Services since 2005, Devon has built a national consulting practice that supports diverse clients, securing over $325 million for the Pennsylvania Community Development Financial Institution Network. Devon also serves as a Marketing/Communications Consultant for Universal Companies, specializing in media relations and crisis communications.
