Thomas Simpson has worked in the collections industry since 1990. Thomas began their career at TeleCheck as a Collection Manager, where they managed an Investigations department for collections of large balance checks and was responsible for a group of 90+ employees. In 1994, they moved to United Recovery Systems as a Collections Manager. Thomas then joined Alegis Group in 1998 as a Department Manager. In 2009, they began working at Pentagroup as a Department Manager and Collections Manager, where they were responsible for results-driven collections agents. In 2013, they joined Greenberg, Grant & Richards as a Commercial Collection Specialist. In 2015, they moved to D & A Services, LLC as an Office Manager. Thomas is currently working at Universal Fidelity LP as the Director of Operations.

Thomas Simpson attended Dulles from 1985 to 1988. Thomas then attended Alvin Community College from 1989 to 1990. Finally, they attended Houston Community College from 2008 to 2009.
