Mohamed Ibrahim

Mohamed Ibrahim has worked in the Universal Group as a Recruitment and Organization Development Section Head since May 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Recruitment, Training & Development Specialist starting from September 2009. In 2017, Ibrahim joined the Universal Group for Engineering Industries as a Senior Recruitment & Organizational Development Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and evaluating procedures, discussing procedures with department managers, and preparing and adopting organizational structures. Mohamed also conducted job analysis for the existing jobs in the organization.

Mohamed Ibrahim attended Brilliance Business School in 2015, where they completed a Training of Trainers Course (TOT) in the field of Training & Development. Prior to that, they attended Cairo University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Mass Communication degree. No specific start or end dates are provided for their time at Cairo University.
