Cynthia Heredia is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Universal Insurance Group since January 2017, Cynthia has previously contributed to Aon Hewitt in Consulting and HR Services, Abbott Healthcare PR Ltd in Compensation and Benefits, and PFS, Inc. as a Regional Manager.
