Lesley Northard

Lesley Northard has extensive experience in retail and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at The Universal Group since January 2022, Lesley has previously held significant positions, including Front Office Team Lead at ADESA from November 2013 to December 2021, and Store Manager at both RW & Co and Please Mum during various periods from 2004 to 2013. Lesley's career began in retail at Eddie Bauer, where both Assistant Manager and Store Manager responsibilities were undertaken from August 1993 to August 2004. Additionally, Lesley pursued education at Pacific Lutheran University from 1991 to 1992.
