Nancy Minh van Ho

Nancy Minh Van Ho has extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Nancy Minh Van currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at The Universal Group. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Love What You Do, specializing in HR consulting solutions for various industries. Before that, they held multiple roles at Metrie, including Director of People Operations & Programs, Director of Human Resources for Manufacturing & Corporate Shared Services, Director of Human Resources for North American Manufacturing, and Director of Human Resources for Corporate Services. Nancy Minh Van also has experience in executive search, having served as Managing Director at Robert Half Executive Search and Managing Consultant at Korn/Ferry Futurestep. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Human Resources at Reinvent, Inc., the National Director of Human Resources at DLA Piper, the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Boston Pizza International Inc., and worked in the Human Resources department at DLA Piper. Nancy Minh Van Ho was also a member of the Advisory Council at the Human Resources Management Association (HRMA).
