Gayle Johnson

Gayle Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gayle began their career at Safeco in 1985, working in marketing for about a year. Gayle then joined Workmen's Insurance Group in 1986 as a Branch Operations Manager, where they focused on optimizing workflow processes and maintaining a profitable center. In 2000, Gayle became the Director of Underwriting at Argonaut Group, Inc, overseeing development teams and implementing process improvements. Gayle later joined Vesta & Cornerstone in 2005 as a Director of Operations. Gayle moved on to Universal North America in 2008, starting as a Senior Operations Manager before being promoted to Director of Quality Management. Gayle finally became the Director of Legal Compliance at Universal North America in 2014, where they developed and implemented compliance and ethics programs and acted as the primary contact for compliance matters.

Gayle Johnson graduated from UCLA in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Gayle obtained a certification as a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) in June 2016.
