Elsie Enninful-Adu

Elsie Enninful-Adu is an Investment Banker and the Executive Director of Parkstone Capital Limited, an advisory and consulting firm. Elsie is also the Team Lead for the Ghana Care Guarantee Scheme set up by the Government of Ghana through GIRSAL to provide credit guarantees to large scale businesses in Ghana impacted by COVID-19.

Over her all-embracing career in finance in Ghana, her work has spanned segments in credit risk guarantees, wealth and asset management, private equity and venture capital, strategic management, treasury management, capital markets and corporate advisory segments of investment banking, giving her unique perspective and insights.

In addition to experience in providing credit guarantees through credit risk and project viability appraisal, Elsie was also responsible for managing the wealth management portfolio of Parkstone Capital (previously licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission) as CEO/Chief Investment Officer, maintained relationships with clients, and supervised compliance and reporting. Prior to this, Elsie was the General Manager and a Senior Partner of Fidelity Capital Partners, which managed local venture capital funds based in Ghana, and was involved in structuring and managing private equity transactions. Elsie worked in the private equity/venture capital industry for several years.

Elsie holds an MBA in International Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Bachelors in Commerce and Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast. She is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), USA.
