Jesse Mancia

Jesse Mancia, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Universal Music Group since June 2019. Prior to this role, Jesse held various HR positions including Senior Manager of People Services at California Pizza Kitchen from May 2012 to June 2019, and Regional People Services Manager at Joie de Vivre Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality from November 2008 to May 2012. Jesse began the career in HR as an HR & Payroll Analyst and Recruiting Coordinator at Hyrian from January 2006 to May 2008, and also completed an internship in Accounting & Client Services at Hanmi Bank from May 2006 to November 2006. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
