Ali Rahimi-Vahed

Ali Rahimi-Vahed, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in data science and operations research with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Universal Destinations & Experiences since February 2020, Ali leads a team focused on optimization modeling and forecasting improvements. Previous roles include positions at Wheels Up, Terminix, Sears Holdings Corporation, and BOMBARDIER, where Ali developed and implemented optimization and forecasting solutions in various operational contexts. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. from Université de Montréal in Computer Science and Operations Research, a postdoctoral fellowship in Humanitarian Logistics from HEC Montréal, and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tehran.
