Director, Digital CX Strategy at Universal Destinations & Experiences

Iram Ali has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They currently work at Universal Parks & Resorts as the Director of Digital CX Strategy, where they have been employed since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager of Journey Activation & Digital Strategy from April 2019 to October 2022.

Before joining Universal Parks & Resorts, Iram worked at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. for several years. They held the role of Senior Manager of Digital & Relationship Marketing from January 2018 to April 2019, where they led the strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel digital and loyalty programs. They also served as the Manager of Digital Marketing from April 2016 to December 2017, leading all digital efforts for the launch of a new ship. Iram also held the roles of Senior Digital Media Specialist from March 2015 to March 2016 and Digital Media Specialist from August 2013 to March 2015.

Prior to their tenure at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., Iram worked at Jackson Health System as a New Media Specialist from December 2011 to August 2013. In this role, they served as the digital marketing expert and managed website content and social media channels.

Iram's earlier work experience includes roles at WCTV Eyewitness News as a Television News Reporter from December 2008 to December 2010, covering general assignment stories, and at CBS Corporation as an Associate Producer from April 2008 to December 2008.

Iram Ali holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from Florida International University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Agility in Marketing from ICAgile in February 2021 and Data Science and Big Data Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in October 2018.
