Krystal F has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Krystal currently holds the position of Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Universal Parks & Resorts, where they support DEI initiatives and promotes an inclusive culture. Prior to this, Krystal worked as a Manager Guest Communications at Universal Studios Hollywood. Krystal also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Anymatic LLC, where they developed strategic objectives and built relationships with clients. Krystal has a background in retail management, having worked as a Store Manager at both Planet Blue and LF Stores. Krystal demonstrated leadership skills, trained staff, and developed high-profile clientele at these positions. Additionally, Krystal has experience as a Senior Store Manager at Planet Funk and as an Area Manager/Buyer at Robert Wayne Footwear, where they oversaw multiple locations and implemented sales strategies. Krystal F pursued their higher education starting from 2013 at Santa Monica College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. From 2016 to 2018, they continued their educational journey at California State University, Los Angeles, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with the distinction of summa cum laude.
