Larry Liu has extensive work experience in the legal and intellectual property fields. Larry currently holds the position of SVP, Legal & Business Affairs - Licensing, Global Business Development at Universal Parks & Resorts since February 2017. Prior to this, they worked as SVP of Intellectual Property at NBCUniversal starting from September 2004. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Entertainment & IP Attorney at Irell & Manella LLP from January 2000 to August 2004. Larry also served as an Attorney Law Clerk to Judge Alfred T. Goodwin at the US Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit from 1998 to 1999.

Larry Liu attended Yale Law School from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a JD degree in Law. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they studied at Stanford University, graduating with an AB degree in Economics and a BS degree in Chemical Engineering. Larry'searlier education history is unknown, but it is known that they attended Bellaire High School at some point. No specific dates or degrees are provided for their time at Bellaire High School.
