Katrina Lathers

Katrina Lathers has extensive experience in customer service within the printing industry, currently serving at Universal Printing Company, LLC since June 2009, where responsibilities include creating job tickets and communicating with clients regarding their projects. Prior to this role, Katrina held the position of Student Manager at Rochester Institute of Technology from November 2005 to May 2009, assisting customers and managing mail services. Additionally, a corporate trainee internship at Quad/Graphics in the summer of 2007 provided hands-on experience through various departments of the company. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Media from Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2009, and graduated from Broadalbin Perth High School in 2005.
