Joshua Glasure

Joshua Glasure has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joshua began their career as a Process Engineer at Geisinger Health System from 2011 to 2013. Joshua then worked at Atkore International/Allied Tube and Conduit as a Process Engineer/Maintenance Manager from 2014 to 2015, where they led cost-saving lean projects and managed a maintenance team. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at PANDROL, first as a Plant Engineering Manager, responsible for managing plant personnel and implementing engineering and continuous improvement projects, and later as an Assistant Plant Manager, overseeing production, maintenance, and inventory control. Glasure joined Markel Corporation in 2019 as a Plant Manager and later became the Director of Operations and Engineering. Currently, they work at Universal Pure, initially as a Plant Manager, then as the Eastern Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations, East.

Joshua Glasure obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including OSHA 10 Gen Industry H&S from OSHA in 2021, Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University in 2018, 3D SolidWorks Fundamentals II from DesignPoint Solutions in 2017, Electro-Magnetic Eddy Current Testing Level 1 from Odyssey Technology Corporation in 2015, AutoCAD / AutoCAD LT Essentials Class from Synergis Engineering Design Solutions in 2014, and SolidWorks 3D Fundamentals I from DesignPoint Solutions.
