Chief Operating Officer at Universal Rehabilitation Service Agency (Ursa)

Dawn Leonard has been working in the field since 1995, beginning their career as Residential Supervisor at the Society for Treatment of Autism. Dawn then moved to Bosco Homes in 2000 as Program Supervisor, and in 2001 joined the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary, where they held the roles of Managing Director, Education and Employment, Director, Education, Employment and Aboriginal Initiatives, Senior Director, Business Operations and Chief Development Officer. In 2017, they began working as a Consultant for Self Employed and in 2019 they accepted the roles of Executive Director at PLAN Calgary - The Road Ahead Society and Chief Operating Officer at URSA (Universal Rehabilitation Service Agency).

Dawn Leonard has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Calgary, obtained between 1986 and 1990. Dawn also holds a Korn Ferry Leadership Architect certification obtained in April 2015.
