Aaron Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Aaron started their career at Verizon, where they served as a Team Leader and later as a Service Manager & Interim Manager, overseeing major clients and managing the installation of fiber optic transmission lines and network systems.
Aaron then transitioned to The Canaan Group, where they held the position of Financial Officer/Principal. In this role, they were responsible for budgeting, financial analysis, and accounting practices, as well as overseeing the approval and execution of performance contracts and managing leases and service contracts.
After that, Aaron worked at Charles County Government as a Right-of-Way Agent and later as a Project Manager II, where they handled project management responsibilities.
Most recently, Aaron has been with Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC), where they have held various positions, including Senior Director of Procurement and Strategic Sourcing.
