Robert Kodama

Robert Kodama has a diverse background in the performing arts, education, and tourism industries. Currently working as the Global Field Operations Manager at Inside Travel Group, Robert is responsible for optimizing the quality of ground staff across brands like InsideJapan and InsideAsia. In addition, Robert founded The New Works Playhouse to make the performing arts industry more accessible. With experience as a Show Director at USJ LLC and roles in education at Nishiyamato Academy and Kansai International Academy, Robert brings a wealth of skills in training, directing, and curriculum development. Their academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of York and certifications in acting and teaching.
