Tony Frassetto

Director, Business Alliances at Universal Technical Institute

Tony Frassetto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tony started their career in 2003 at Gustl Spreng Enterprises, Inc. as a Mechanics Assistant, where they played a key role in rebuilding and restoring jet airplanes. In 2005, they joined Daytona International Speedway as a Pit-Crew member for the Daytona 500 Experience. Over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including Group Sales/Outreach Coordinator and Event Sales Manager.

In 2010, Tony transitioned to NASCAR, where they served as a Senior Account Executive in Industry Operations, responsible for managing sales and marketing related decisions for NASCAR Cup Series race teams. Tony was later promoted to Senior Manager of Team Marketing, overseeing sales, marketing, and business decisions for teams and assisting in implementing major marketing initiatives.

Currently, Tony is employed at Universal Technical Institute, Inc. as the Director of Business Alliances. In this role, they are responsible for developing and managing strategic business alliances. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Account Manager, also in the Business Alliances department.

Tony Frassetto earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Organizational and Interpersonal Communication, from the University of Central Florida between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Daytona State College from 2005 to 2007, although no degree or field of study was specified. In terms of additional certifications, Tony obtained a certification in Building Resilience from LinkedIn in 2020, although the exact timing is unknown.
