Jonathan Howells

Jonathan Howells has over 35 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Jonathan began their career at Dan Air in 1985 as a Personnel Officer before moving on to Gatwick Handling in 1987, where they served as an Assistant Personnel Manager. In 1990, Jonathan joined British Airways as a Human Resources Manager, and later became the Manager of Customer Services for BA Contract Handling. In 2008, they transitioned to Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. as the Regional Director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Throughout their time at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc., Jonathan held several leadership positions, including Regional Vice President and Senior Vice President International. Jonathan'smost recent role was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Jonathan Howells attended Brighton Polytechnic from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Social Administration. Jonathan then went on to Kingston University from 1984 to 1985, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
