Art Phung

Art Phung is a skilled Product Designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) research and design. Currently at Universe since August 2023, Art previously served as the Manager of UX Research and Design at Leadership for Educational Equity from September 2021 to June 2023, focusing on user behaviors and motivations. Art has a background as a UX and Brand Designer, freelancing from March 2021 to May 2023, working with small businesses and creatives to enhance their digital identities. Earlier career roles include Program Coordinator at Princeton University's Women*s Center and Assistant Director at Oberlin College, where Art organized numerous events and fostered community experiences. Art holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Rutgers University and a User Experience Immersive Design Certificate from General Assembly.
