Joel Carmichael, DC, PhD is the founder and Clinician-Scientist at The Center for Spine, Sport & Physical Medicine. Joel is currently an Assistant Professor at Universidad Central del Caribe and University of Colorado School of Medicine. Carmichael also volunteers at Valor Christian High School in Sports Medicine & Sports Performance. Additionally, Joel is a member of the Sports Medicine Team for USA Volleyball, USA Archery, and served as Vice President at the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians. Joel holds a PhD in Clinical Science, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Sports & Exercise Medicine.
