Adrián Barreto

Adrián Barreto is a co-founder of Ayüm Consultores, focusing on enhancing organizational efficiency by valuing the people who manage others. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Alliances for SilverTech at EIDOS Global, Adrián facilitates relationships with various entities aligned with project goals. As a Master Certified Coach at SeniorITty, Adrián participates in multidisciplinary programs aimed at reskilling individuals for the tech industry. In academia, Adrián teaches advertising at UCES. Previous roles include Manager of Sustainability and Internal Communication at Gire S.A., co-organizer and coach for TEDx Parque San Carlos, and head of advertising and communication at GIRE SA/RAPIPAGO. Adrián holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Bachelor's in Social Communication from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales and various qualifications in coaching, mindfulness, and sustainability.
