Pilar Romaguera G.

Pilar Romaguera G. is a Commercial Engineer at the University of Chile. Ph.D. in Economics, Boston University. She is a Specialist in Economics of Education. She was the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education and has been a consultant for organizations such as the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, the International Labor Organization, UNDP, and CEPAL-UN. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Certification Council for the Quality of School Management of the Fundación Chile and of the National Council of Innovation for Competitiveness of Chile. He is a member of the United Nations Development Policy Committee.
