Carlos Gonzalez Barragan

Carlos Gonzalez Barragan is an experienced academic currently serving as a Professor at Universidad de Monterrey and ITESM since 2009 and 2007 respectively. Previously, Carlos held the position of Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School of Government from 2010 to 2015, and served as a Course Assistant for various courses at the same institution in 2006 and 2008. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Docent at Museo Marco and an intern at Arlington County. Carlos obtained a PhD in Public Policy from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MPP in Public Finance / Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.A. in International Finance from Universidad de Monterrey, along with a visiting student experience at Harvard University.
