Beatriz Hierro Alonso

Beatriz Hierro Alonso is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in digital transformation, project management, and change management. Currently serving as a Manager at Eraneos Iberia since April 2019, Beatriz has played a pivotal role in implementing transformation programs for major clients including Santander and Caminos Bank. Beatriz is also actively involved as a speaker for the #AquíEstánEllas initiative and as a member of the Spanish chapter of Singularity University, contributing to environmental and social sustainability. With extensive experience in academia, Beatriz teaches Project Management at the University of Salamanca and has held several leadership roles in professional organizations, including the Project Management Institute and EJE&CON. Beatriz holds a master's degree in Project Management and a Civil Engineering degree, along with various other qualifications in integrated management systems.
