Ronald Arzuza is the current Director of General Services at Universidad Monteávila. Prior to their current position, Ronald worked as a Coordinador GM Difference - Tecniauto, C.A. at General Motors from October 2016 to February 2017 and as an Analista de Mantenimiento at Farmatodo from February 2017 to June 2019.
Ronald is responsible for coordinating and directing the implementation of the GM Difference categories at dealerships, sales points, and service points, in accordance with General Motors' corporate policies and guidelines, with a total focus on customer satisfaction and enthusiasm in order to increase loyalty and retention, thus meeting sales and after-sales objectives and increasing profitability operation.
At Farmatodo, Ronald was responsible for attending and following up on maintenance requirements for stores and channeling them so that they could be attended to quickly and efficiently. Ronald also channeled emergency work, preventive maintenance, and major projects with external service providers or internal technical teams.
Ronald Arzuza has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a Bachiller en Ciencias from the Liceo Militarizado Generalisimo Francisco de Miranda. Ronald also has certification from Farmatodo in Excel avanzado como aplicacion para negocios y manejo de base de datos - Powe Query, Power View, Power Point, from Universidad Central de Venezuela in Principios de refrigeracion y seleccion de sistemas de aires, and from Abstract Training Center in Inventor Autodesk.
Their manager is Francisco Febres-Cordero, Rector. They work with Andrés Aure - Director of Purchases & Inventory, María Eugenia Peña - Academic Vice Chancellor, and Gustavo Peña - Director of Information Technology.
