María del Carmen Rojas Ruiz

Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, compliance, and business management. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has been serving as an assistant compliance officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro between November 2017 and November 2019. Mariana's expertise in nutrition was honed during tenure as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México.
