Nuno Sousa e Silva

Nuno Sousa e Silva is a highly experienced legal professional and educator with a focus on intellectual property law. Since July 2011, Nuno Sousa e Silva has been a partner at PTCS Advogados, where previous roles included associate and junior lawyer. Nuno Sousa e Silva has also been involved in academia at Universidade Católica Portuguesa since 2013, serving as an assistant professor of law and teaching EU Intellectual Property Law, and has guest lectured at both Porto Business School and ISCAP. Additionally, Nuno Sousa e Silva holds a board member position at the APDI - Portuguese Society of Intellectual Property Law. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, and an LL.M. and Licentiate degree in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
