Filipe Molinar Machado PhD, PMP, CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA, RMP, PMI-PBA, CMfgE is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in engineering education and project management. Currently serving as a Professor at Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - URI since February 2011, Filipe addresses student issues and advises over 200 students while participating in various university committees. Filipe's project management roles include leading the GPower Team focused on energy efficiency in vehicle prototyping and overseeing the Baja SAE BRAZIL program to enhance engineering students' real-world skills. Additionally, Filipe works as a Mechanical Engineering / Criminal Expert at Instituto-Geral de Pericias do RS, negotiating project specifications, analyzing data, and managing over 50 projects. Filipe also contributes to continuous improvement at Pluger Academy and creates content related to entrepreneurship and technology on YouTube. The academic qualifications include a PhD in Agricultural Engineering, a Master's in Industrial Engineering, and ongoing postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence.
