Ishak Halim Octawijaya

Ishak Halim Octawijaya is an accomplished academic and professional in the fields of nutrition and biochemistry. Currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at Universitas Ciputra Surabaya since February 2024 and as an Assistant Professor at Kanagawa University of Human Services since April 2021, Ishak has demonstrated a strong commitment to education. Previous roles include Editor at Tsukuba City Hall, where translation and editing of city newspapers were undertaken, and Student Research Assistant at 聖路加国際大学, assisting in data collection and scientific reporting. Early career experiences also include working as a Food Service Worker at Hatsudai Rehabilitation Hospital and an internship at JESTO, Ltd focusing on design. Ishak holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Tsukuba and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Nutrition from Kanagawa University of Human Services, complemented by a Diploma in Dietitian License and proficiency in Japanese.
