Ngadiman Djaja is a university lecturer at Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana since October 2016 and a co-founder of PunyaTemen, a community-based sharing economy platform, since August 2016. With a strong background in research, Ngadiman served as a PhD researcher at Queensland University of Technology from January 2013 to August 2016 and as a senior researcher (psychometrician) at MIMOS Berhad from January 2010 to January 2013, where methodologies for designing and validating psychological assessments were developed. Earlier experience includes lecturing at Krida Wacana Christian University and being a teaching assistant at Atma Jaya Catholic University. Ngadiman holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health from Queensland University of Technology, a Master of Education in Educational Research from Flinders University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
