Laurence Mossiat has extensive experience in crisis communication and urban security policies, currently serving as Responsable communication at Zone de Police Namur Capitale since October 2003. In addition, Mossiat has held roles related to crisis communication planning with Ville de Namur since 2007 and has been a Chargée de cours at Université catholique de Louvain since 2016, focusing on communication in urban security policies. As a member of Team D5 since 2014, Mossiat contributes to a network that supports Belgian authorities during emergencies. With a longstanding academic involvement, Mossiat also teaches communication and media relations at HEPN - Haute Ecole de la Province de Namur since 2004. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in communication and media studies from IHECS and advanced credentials in crisis management and emergency planning from various institutions.
