Tigran Galstian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in scientific and technological leadership. Currently serving as Chief Scientific Officer at PATQER Photonique since February 2022, Tigran has focused on enhancing imaging and detection capabilities. Simultaneously, Tigran has held the position of Chief Technology Officer at LensVector since January 2006 and has been a Professor at Université Laval since September 1995. Tigran earned a PhD in Quantum Electronics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) between 1984 and 1990.
