Fjolla Kacaniku is an accomplished academic and consultant with extensive experience in education and policy development. Since October 2017, Fjolla has held positions as Assistant Professor and Teaching Assistant at Universiteti i Prishtinës "Hasan Prishtina." Fjolla's expertise has been further demonstrated through roles as a National Expert at HERAS+ Higher Education, Research and Applied Science Plus, and as a Consultant for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Fjolla contributed to various international projects, including the European Union funded Kosovo Education and Employment Network and the Improved Capacity Building for Teachers' Professional Development project. Fjolla earned a Doctor of Science in Educational Sciences from the University of Ljubljana and a Master of Arts in Education Policy and Management from Central European University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, Fjolla received a certificate from the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queens.
