Deborah Morrison

Deborah Morrison currently serves as the Publisher for UA/AU Magazine and is a member of the Senior Management Team at Universities Canada since March 2023. Additionally, Morrison has been a member of the Board at the National Capital Commission since June 2018, contributing to the stewardship and planning of significant public spaces in the Capital Region. As President and CEO of Experiences Canada since July 2014, Morrison leads initiatives that provide youth with travel and exchange opportunities across Canada. Previously, Morrison held the position of Executive Director at Canada's National History Society from August 2002 to July 2014 and was the Director of Operations at Historica Canada from 1998 to 2002. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Communications and Development at The CRB Foundation from 1991 to 1998. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Concordia University and a BA in Political Science from Carleton University.
