Megan Baughan

Megan Baughan, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Universities Canada since November 2022. Prior to this role, Megan worked at The Canadian Resident Matching Service (CaRMS) from September 2012 to November 2022, holding positions as both HR & Talent Management Advisor and HR Coordinator. Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Carleton University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
