Joanna Bielanska

Joanna Bielanska is a postdoc at University Children's Hospital Basel since August 2023, previously served as a postdoctoral fellow at Max Planck Institute for Experimental Medicine from March 2011 to December 2015, and completed a PhD in Biomedicine at Universitat de Barcelona from September 2006 to January 2011. Early experience includes a role as a visiting student at Max Planck Institute for Experimental Medicine in 2010 and a research assistant position at the Center for EPR Imaging in Vivo Physiology, focusing on radiation biology and nitric oxide detection in tumors. Joanna holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry from Jagiellonian University (2000-2005) and attended Houlton High School from 1998 to 2000.
