Jana Finder has extensive work experience in the legal and healthcare consulting field. Jana currently holds the position of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at University Clinical Health, where they provide legal guidance to various stakeholders and oversees contract administration, compliance, and privacy officer duties. Prior to this role, Jana worked as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Health Management Associates and as a Healthcare Attorney at Provider Resources, Inc. Jana also gained experience as an Associate Attorney at Charles J. Hilton & Associates.
Jana Finder has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Jana also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health Policy and Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Jana obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In terms of certifications, Jana possesses a TN Bar license, which they acquired from the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee in June 2019. Additionally, they hold a PA Bar license obtained from the Pennsylvania Board of Law Examiners in February 1997.
