Mohammed Hannoush

Mohammed Hannoush is an experienced professional serving as the Head of the Operations and Maintenance Systems Department at the Municipality of Gaza since August 2008, where responsibilities include digital transformation, program management, and systems architecture in water, sewage, roads, and fleet management sectors. Mohammed has successfully increased the maintenance response rate from 50% to 99% and improved roads maintenance operations performance by 21%. In addition to managing multiple strategic planning initiatives and leading the GIS Infrastructure Department, Mohammed holds the position of Geographic Information Systems Consultant for RoadsInfinity and has been a founder and CEO at the University College of Applied Sciences since 2010, instructing on GIS and mobile/web development. Mohammed has also contributed as a freelance developer and ICT mentor for entrepreneurs, with a solid educational background that includes degrees in civil engineering and computer science from the Islamic University of Gaza and an online certificate in Business Administration from Harvard ManageMentor®.
