Holly Olivarez is a PhD Candidate at the University of Colorado Boulder, specializing in Ocean biogeochemistry, marine carbon cycle, Earth system modeling, and global climate. Prior to this, they worked as a Significant Opportunities in Atmospheric Research Sciences (SOARS) Protégé at UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research. They also served as a Primary Lab Assistant at The University of New Mexico, where they worked in the Radiogenic Isotope Laboratory. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth and Planetary Sciences from The University of New Mexico and an Associate of Science Degree in Mathematics from Central New Mexico Community College.
