Paul Buckle

Paul Buckle has over 10 years of work experience in healthcare management. Paul has served as the Clinical Nursing Director at University Health System since 2019, where they direct and supervises the nursing staff to ensure quality patient care. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Health Promotion and Wellness at Community First Health Plans from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they served as the Nursing Supervisor at Clarity Child Guidance Center from 2006 to 2017, overseeing a 64-bed inpatient mental health facility and being responsible for hiring and staffing decisions.

Paul Buckle obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of the Incarnate Word from 2001 to 2005. Paul then pursued a Masters of Health Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ohio University from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their degrees, they hold various certifications, including Certified Patient Experience Professional, Nurse Executive (NE-BC), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Paul is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
